1. By this common order, Contempt Petition No.205 of 2019 and Contempt Petition No.187 of 2019 are being decided as both these petitions involves identical issue for consideration.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, referring to order dated 14.9.2018 (Annexure R-1) would submit that in compliance of the direction issued by this Court, in respect of the petitioners in the aforesaid two contempt petitions, order has been issued granting benefit of revised payscale from due date i.e. with effect from the date immediately upon completion of 8 years of service.

3. This Court, after going through order dated 14.9.2018, also finds that the benefit of revised pay scale has been granted to these petitioners with effect from the date immediately upon completion of 8 years of service.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners raises an apprehension that though order has been passed, the actual benefit of revised pay scale from due date has not been credited to the petitioners' account.

5. It goes without saying that upon passing of order dated 14.9.2018, the petitioners would be entitled to revised pay-scale from the due date as mentioned in the said order i.e. from the date immediately after completion of 8 years of service.

6. With the said observation and clarification, these petitions are disposed off. Rule is discharged.
