The Applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.52/2016 registered in P.S. Gudhiyari, Distt. Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act for possessing 8.640 bulk liters of country made liquor. 2.

In view of registration of one more case against the Applicant under Excise Act, Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move again after three months 3.

Accordingly, the instant M.Cr.C is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
