This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 23.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (C) No.315 of 2020. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel representing the State as well as the learned counsel for the Appellant that the issue has already been considered by this Court in Writ Appeal No.6 of 2020 and connected cases and a common verdict has been passed on 20.03.2020. 2.

In the said circumstance, this appeal also stands dismissed in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.6 of 2020 and connected cases.
