(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the show cause notice was issued against the petitioner by respondent No.2 i.e. Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry Services, Ambikapur, against which he has filed reply before respondent authorities but till this date no decision has been taken. Against which, the instant writ petition has preferred by the petitioner.

(3) Since, the petitioner has already filed reply of notice issued

to him and therefore, respondent authorities are directed to consider and take a decision on the reply filed by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
