The sole dispute in the present writ petition is that the respondent No.3 had initiated a recruitment process for filling up of the post of Gram Rozgar Sahayak. The petitioner had applied for the village Bhanwarmara, Post, Singhol, District Rajnandgaon. Neither has the petitioner received any communication in this regard.

3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in this petition, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending, rather ends of justice would be served if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate steps on the recruitment process initiated for filling up of the post of Gram Rozgar Sahayak preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
