The writ appeal is dismissed for the reason that the learned Single Judge has rightly come to a considered legal opinion vide his order dated 11/01/2018 that no case for issuing a writ of quo warranto is made out against the appointment of respondent No. 3 for a period on contract.

Even otherwise, it is a motivated kind of application because the petitioner is a contractor and he seems to be carrying some grudge, which he wants to settle through the writ application, which has rightly been dismissed. 4.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
