Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation for regularization has not been considered and decided by the respondent authorities till now whereas they are working with the Nagar Panchayat, Dongargaon since last 13 years and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 5 to take decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5 is directed to consider and take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner in light of

the judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Secretary, State of Karnataka & others Vs. Umadevi and others1 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.

(4) It is made clear this Court has not made any direction for regularization and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.
