1. The petitioners have filed this petition with prayer that the concerning police authorities be directed to register FIR against the proposed accused persons namely Tarun Sahu S/o Umesh Sahu and Narsingh Sahu S/o Kriparam Sahu alleging that they are involved in commssion of offence of murder of their son.

2. The State has filed their return in which they have annexed the merg intimation and statements of various persons during the investigation.

3. Shri Keshar Parag, Station House Officer, Sargaon is present before this Court along with diary. The diary would show that investigation started on 11.11.2019 and still investigation is going on i.e. for more than 1 year and 9 months.

4. It is, therefore, directed that investigation be completed and final report be submitted before the concerning Court within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. This Court hope and trust that the investigation will be done in impartial manner in accordance with law.

6. With these observations, the present writ petition is finally disposed off. The case diary be returned to the Station House Officer.
