1. Head on I.A.No.5/2016, application for withdrawal of writ petition, as well as on the main writ petition.

2. The petitioner filed an application praying that it may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty pursue its

representation dated 6-6-2016 which was addressed to respondent No.2. The petitioner also prays for liberty to approach this Court again if the representation is decided against it.

3. Liberty as prayed for is granted.

4. The only prayer made by Mr. Kishore Bhaduri, learned counsel for the petitioner, is that reasonable period may be fixed to the respondents to decide the representation.

5. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner latest by 31-8-2016.
