On the basis of the order of the Sub Divisional Officer duly approved by the Collector, fair price shop has been allotted to respondent No.4, against which, this writ petition has been filed. 2.
Mr.Ashish Surana would bring to notice of this Court that against the order of the Collector, under Distribution Order 2004 appeal would lie before the State Government.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit
that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the State Government within 30 days from today.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the State Government within 30 days from today. If such an appeal is filed, the State Government shall consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of appeal strictly in accordance with law after hearing all the affected parties. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
