1. Heard, no case made out.

2. This appeal arise out of order dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure A/1) on the interlocutory order praying for visitation by making arrangement with regard to exercise of the visitation rights, during pendency of trial before the court below.

3. The right of the parties with regard to the custody of child and the visitation rights will have to be finally worked out at the time of final

-2order that may be passed in the pending case before the Family Court.

Otherwise also we find that in the course of dispute between the parties, the court has made certain arrangements to arrange meetings of the child with his father.

4. The order does not call for any interference on any count. The appeal is dismissed having no merits. However, in future, if there is any difficulty in arranging meetings, it will be open for either the parties to move suitable application before the Family Court.
