Hon'bleShriJustice InderSingh Uboweja Order On Board 22/07/2015 By this appeal, appellant challenged the legality, validity and propriety of the Judgment of conviction and order dated 29.08.2002 passed by the Special Judge, Ambikapur, in Special Case No.211/2000 whereby the trial Court convicted the appellant under Section 451 ofthe I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo Rl forsix months with fine of Rs.500/- and in default to further undergo Rl for fifteen days. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after serving the sentence imposed upon him, the appellant has been released from jail and this appeal has become infructuous.

The above submission is not opposed by the State Counsel. 4.

Perused P.U.D. dated 19.12.2014 sent by the Special Judge, Ambikapur, according to which, appellant has been arrested on 14.12.2014, thereby the appellant has already served the sentence imposed upon him.
