(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made representations before respondent authorities against the order by which, their services have been dispensed with,

but no decision has been taken till this date and therefore, appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take a decision on the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
