1. Mr. Gary Mukopadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned counsel for respondents 3 & 4, would submit that this matter is similar to WPC/2306/2020, therefore, this writ petition be disposed of in line with the order dated 09/11/2020 passed in WPC/2306/2020.

2. In WPC/2306/2020, following order has been passed :- "4. Be that as it may, since from the pleadings it is

evidently clear that identically placed persons have been granted permission on the order issued by the State Authorities, the present writ petition can also be disposed of directing the petitioner to first approach the Registrar of the University for an appropriate order in this regard and based upon which the petitioner shall also approach the State authorities for a similar relief as has been granted to other similarly placed candidates and on getting such permission from the State authorities, the respondent University shall consider granting of permission to the petitioner for completing her course in the light of the order passed by the State Govt."

3. The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the order dated 09/11/2020 passed in WPC/2306/2020 and the State Government is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in compliance of the applicable rules and regulations and also communicate the orders to the petitioner herein.
