The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking restoration of WPL No. 111/2020 which got dismissed by virtue of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 18.1.2021.

Having gone through the contents of MCC and after hearing the submissions made by learned Counsel for Applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. 3.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. WPL No.111/2020 is ordered to be restored to its original number for hearing.
