1. This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for correction typographical mistake, on the basis of erroneous mentioning of the crime number in M.Cr.C.(A). No. 1128/2017 order dated 07.02.2018. In this bail application the crime number has been mentioned as 209/2017 registered in PS - Charcha, District - Koriya, C.G.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the above details is erroneous due to typographical mistake. The actual crime number is 93/2017. Actually the Bail. Application. No. 209/2017, has been erroneously mentioned, therefore, it is prayed that the order for correction may be passed.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Considered the submission made and looking to these facts that prayer made has support from the documents submitted alongwith, hence, the application is allowed.

5. It is ordered that the Crime No. 209/2017 mentioned in paragraph-1 in the said order be read as Crime No. 93/2017. Copy of this order be made a part of the M.Cr.C.(A). No. 1128/2017.

6. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed off.
