(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the impugned orders dated 06.02.2016, 11.05.2015, 16.12.2014 is appealable before the appellate authority-State Government.

(3) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from today. (4) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (5) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the appeal along with copy of this order. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
