Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 27/04/2016 (1) Heard.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the impugned order dated 26.03.2015 passed by the disciplinary authority is appealable before the appellate authority.

(3) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from today. (4) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (5) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit from the date of receipt of the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
