(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the impugned order dated 11.03.2016 passed by respondent No.2-District Program Officer, Women and Child Development, Korea is appealable before the appellate authority.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within ten days from today.

(4) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (5) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of ten days from today and, in turn, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of appeal along with copy of this order.
