(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has selected for the post of Constable Trademan Electrician, but his appointment order has not been issued and appointment order has been issued to other candidates, who have been selected for the said post, against which he has made representation before respondents No.2 & 3 but the same has not been considered and decided till now.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and respondent authorities may decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
