Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 27/04/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents would submit that the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Surguja has been amended by order dated 20.04.2016 and as such, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
