2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as per the report would submit that it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition, however, seeks liberty

that if the cause of action still survives, he may be allowed to file fresh petition, if so advised.
