Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of Additional Commissioner dismissing the appeal of the private respondents, they are not allowing the petitioner to construct the boundary wall.

(2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Since it is pure and simple civil dispute, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the jurisdictional Civil Court for redressal of his grievances.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
