1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 04/10/2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6568/2018.

2. Respondents have entered appearance and produced certain documents along with their return showing that the petitioner was initially an employee under the Tribal Welfare Department but has subsequently been absorbed into the Education Department.

3. According to the petitioner so far as granting of the time bound pay scale etc is concerned, it henceforth would have to be done by the Education Department and not by the present respondent.

4. Present respondent has also annexed a document wherein present respondent has already made certain correspondences to the concerned District Education Officer for compliance of the directions given by this Court so far as the granting of the time bound pay scale is concerned.

5. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court is of the opinion that so far as the role that was to be played by the present respondent seems to have been complied with and further steps if any has to be taken at the level of officers posted in the Education Department.

6. Given the fact, let the petitioner approach officers of the Education Department for compliance of the order in case if the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, the petitioner would have the remedy of approaching this Court again by way of fresh proceedings.

7. Reserving the right of the petitioner for the same, the present contempt petition in its present form stands disposed off.

8. Needless to mention that in case if any further additional information is required by the Education Department which is available with the respondent. It is expected that the present respondent would render all co-operation in providing such information to the Education Department.
