The relief sought for by the Petitioner through the present Writ Petition is for issuance of an appropriate direction to the Respondents to consider their representation so far as releasing of the amount payable to them on account of imparting training to the farmers for Mashroom Cultivation, Vermiculture & Vermicomposting and Organic Grower, under the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Training Programme.

Contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner had imparted such training to different farmers and different groups of people in different Villages for which they are entitled for the amount agreed upon by the Respondents for imparting such training. However, in spite of repeated representations and reminders, the Respondents have till date not cleared the dues payable to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the representations of the Petitioner are all pending and the same shall be considered and decided on their own merits subject to verification of the actual facts of the case so far as the entitlement part is concerned.

Given the said submission on either side and considering the limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the concerned authorities along with all relevant documents in support of their claim within a period of 15 days from today and the concerned Respondents thereafter shall take an appropriate decision on the said representation after due verification of the entitlement of the Petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation of the Petitioner. 5.
