(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being allowed to work on the post of Rozgar Sahayak, for which he has made representation before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the

said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Balodabazar Bhatapara is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation, if any before the said authority for redressal of his grievances. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
