1. We find that the issue raised in this Writ Application with regard to the validity of the Chhattisgarh Entry Tax Act, 1976 has already been

adjudicated in Writ Petition (T) No.1336 of 2007 and which is presently the subject matter of challenge in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.23990 of 2009 referred to the Constitution Bench along with other similar matters.

2. Learned counsel for the parties are unanimous in their submission that the Writ Application, therefore, may also be disposed in terms of Writ Petition (T) No.1336 of 2007 to abide by the final order that may be passed by the Supreme Court.
