Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner has been appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III on 22/12/2009 but the salary is not being paid to him for which she has filed representation dated 10/03/2011 (Annexure P/4) to respondent No. 4, therefore, it may be directed to be considered and decided in accordance with law.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide it strictly in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
