Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 7 /0 4 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the civil suit expeditiously preferably within a period of six moths as the plaintiff's evidence is in progress.

(2) Considering the prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suit expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.

(4) For the period of three months, interim relief granted by this Court on 08.02.2017 shall remain in force.
