This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.07.2002 passed by IIIrd Additional District Judge, Bilaspur in Civil Appeal No.10-A/2002. 6.

None appeared for the appellant even in three rounds when the case is called out for hearing, and no representation has been made in this behalf.

In absence of any representation on behalf of the appellants, this Court left with no other option except to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 9.

No order asto costs.
