Versus

State Of Chhattisgarh Through The District Magistrate Janjgir Champa Chhattisgarh., District : Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent For Applicant :

Shri Bharat Rajput, Advocate For State :

Shri Lalit Jangde, Dy. Govt. Advocate S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/08/2021 Heard.

1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.101/2020 registered in Police Station- Hasaud, District- Janjgir-Champa (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC.

2. This is third bail application on behalf of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on merits followed by another order giving liberty to revive after three months.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the applicant

-2particularly taking into consideration that the applicant is in jail since 2.6.2020 and further taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the amount involved, at this stage, despite objectio by learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to now release the applicant on bail mainly on the ground of long pre-trial detention.

5. The application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- along with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court with following further conditions:- (i) The applicant shall not act in any manner which will be prejudicial to fair and expeditious trial; and (ii) The applicant shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court till disposal of the trial.
