Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the order dated 21st December, 2015 and submits that pursuant to closure report submitted by the investigation agency, the petitioner claims that the property which was seized during the enquiry may be returned to him. In view of such submission, the petitioner may seek redressal of his grievance before the Magistrate u/s 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
