1. Petitioner would pray for a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to restrain respondent No.5 from running the Par Boiled Rice Plant for the reason that the discharge from the said plant is damaging/ruining petitioner's land.

2. For adjudicating the allegations leveled in the writ petition, this Court would be required to get the level of pollution measured and whether the same is in accordance with the norms fixed by the pollution control board.

3. Let the petitioner move a complaint before the Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board, Regional Office, Bhilai, District Durg within a period of three weeks from today. On such representation being filed, the respondent No.2 shall enquire the matter and take necessary steps in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
