2. In the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time, prays for a liberty to move an appropriate representation to the respondents concerned against declaring the petitioner ineligible for participating on the ground of 'Address' given in the application when compared to the domicile certificate furnished along with the application being different.

3. The limited prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off permitting the petitioner to raise his grievances by way of a representation, which if made, the respondent authority shall decide the same in accordance with the rules governing the field within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
