The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the petitioner's application for renewal of mining lease. According to the claim of the petitioner, in view of Government circular dated 19.05.2015 (Annexure P/5), the lease of the petitioner is liable to be renewed. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the pending application of the petitioner shall be decided by the Competent Authority as early as possible.

In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for the State, the petition is disposed off with the direction that the pending

application of the petitioner for grant of renewal, shall be considered and decided as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.
