Ms. Ashish Surana, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 03/02/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that the order impugned is appealable before the State Government under Clause 262 of the C.G. Police Regulation.
(2) In view of above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the appellate authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the appellate authority within a period of three weeks from today for redressal of his grievances, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
