1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to respondent No.2 decide the claim of the petitioners qua the promotion for the post of lecturer within the stipulated time / to direct the respondent No.2 to promote the petitioners
as lecturer. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to file representation before respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 be directed to consider and decide the petitioners'
representation within the stipulated time.
3. Prayer appears to fair and reasonable.
4. Petitioners are at liberty to make representation highlighting their grievances before respondent No.2 within three weeks from today which will be considered and decided by Respondent No.2 within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
