Grievance of the petitioner is that though the order has been passed on 12.05.2016 (Annexure P/3) by the District Education Officer granting a pay scale to the petitioner till date the order has not been implemented and the petitioner is not being paid salary in the pay scale but he is being paid only contingency pay.

Prima facie, grievance of the petitioner does not appear to be
frivolous and requires proper consideration. District Education Officer shall consider the petitioner's grievance and in case the benefit of pay scale despite order dated 12.05.2016 is not extended to the petitioner, the same be granted to him within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach this Court, if the grievance still subsists. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

No observation on the merits of the case has been made by this Court and the competent authority shall be at liberty to act in accordance with law.
