1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has worked with the respondent No.3, which is a private school receiving 100% grant in aid from the State Government, for a period of about 25 years on the post of a Peon.

2. According to the petitioner, he was receiving all the benefits, which were otherwise payable to a government employee. According to the petitioner, in spite of the fact that he has worked for more than 25 years, his case has not been considered by the respondents for grant of the benefit of Kramonnati, that was payable to him, first on completion of 12 years of service and the second on completion of 24 years of service.

-23. According to the petitioner, he has made repeated representations to the respondent No.3, but till date the respondent No.3 has not taken a decision.

Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, so far as his Kramonnati not being granted, this Court is of the opinion that let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.3 within a period of 3 weeks from today and the respondent No.3 shall in turn forward the same after making due recommendation as per the rules to the respondent No.2.

5. It is further directed that the respondents No.2 & 3 shall take a decision in respect of the entitlement of Kramonnati to the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
