1. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the police has registered offences punishable under Sections 341, 294, 506 of the IPC and Section 3(1)(द) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the respondent No.3 but he is not being arrested.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the investigation is under process.

3. Be that as it may, it is not the case where the investigation has to be interfered with.

In view of that the instant writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to Respondents No.2 and 3 to proceed in accordance with law.
