The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.802/2019, registered at Police Station Durg, Chowki Padmanabhpur, District Durg for the offence punishable under Section 304-B read with Section 34 of IPC.

The applicant was married with the deceased Tuleshwari on 17.04.2019. She committed suicide by hanging herself in the night of 26.08.2019.

The deceased's father has informed the Police that the applicant used to demand bullet motorcycle and fridge and was committing

cruelty in connection with the said demand. The incident of commission of cruelty had taken place at about 10 pm i.e. just before two hours prior to commission of suicide. 4.

Considering the fact that the death has taken place within about 5 months of marriage and there is statement of the father of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant benefit of regular bail to the applicant.
