2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the husband of petitioner No.1 Sunety Bai Verma namely Tijau Verma died on 19.09.2017, likewise husband of petitioner No.2 Narabdiya namely Fagguram Sahu died on 27.01.2017, father of petitioner No.3 Hemprakash Vaishnav namely Shyamdas Vaishnav died on

25.01.2007 and the husband of Ganga Bai Pal namely Hanshraj Pal died on 01.01.2017 and all the deceased namely Tijau Verma, Fagguram Sahu, Shyamdas Vaishnav and Hanshraj Pal were working with water resources department as daily wage employees and they died in harness and as per the policy of the State in case of death of daily wage employee, instead of compassionate appointment Rs. 1 Lakh as compassionate amount are to be given the dependents of the deceased employee but the said amount has not been given to the petitioners.

3. It is contended that the petitioners have moved the representations for payment of the compassionate amount but the same remains undecided.

Perusal of the documents would show that the petitioners have made different representations for grant of compassionate amount of Rs.1 Lakh on the ground that they are the dependents of the deceased daily wage employees. Under the circumstances, the petitioners are given liberty to make afresh representations before the respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from today to get the compassionate amount as per the policy of the State and if such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representations according to the policy of the State after verification of the facts.
