1. The challenge in the present is to the cancellation of appointment of the petitioner from the post of Rojgar Sahayak, Gram Panchayat Bhurkoni under Janpad Panchayat Pithora, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh.

2. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition as there is a remedy of appeal available to the petitioner and without availing the same, the petitioner has rushed to this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of 2 weeks from today, the Appellate Authority, in turn, is

-2directed to ensure that the appeal is decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the appeal by the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
