(3) For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 18.11.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner's writ petition was dismissed by the office note dated 11.01.2016.

(4) Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the petitioner, the M.C.C. No.395/2016 is

allowed and W.P. (S) No.2174/2011, which was dismissed for noncompliance of the court order dated 18.11.2015 is restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/-, payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
