Sam Koshy Order On Board 10.07.2018 Counsel appearing on either side fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by the decision of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of SECL Vs. State of Chhattisgarh decided on 23.04.4018 in WPT No. 275 of 2017 wherein a similarly placed writ petition filed by the SECL pertaining to the same area has already been dismissed.

In view of the submission so made by the counsel for the parties and in the light of the decision taken by the co-ordinate Bench of this

Court in WPT No. 275/2017 dated 23.04.2018, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in similar terms.
