1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2020, registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District: Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 506, 323, 342, 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The earlier bail application was decided on merits by detailed order on 13-01-2021. There is no change in the circumstances, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application.
