1. Perused the P.U.D dated 12.03.2018 received from District & Sessions Judge, District-Jangir-Champa (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has died on 04.01.2016, a death certificate in this regard is also annexed with the report.

2. Considering the above that the Appellant has died, therefore, this appeal is abated on behalf of Appellant.
