(1) Judgment-debtor's objection on the judgment 26.11.2008 passed by the competent civil Court has been rejected by the Executing Court as affirmed by the Misc. Appellate Court, against which the instant writ petition has been filed questioning the same.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that order passed by both the courts below are contrary to the law and the objection deserves to be sustained.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and

after considering the material on record and the judgment dated 26.11.2008, I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court under Section 227 of the Constitution of India.
