1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexrue P/1 dated 03.10.2019 passed by the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Raipur.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition would not be maintainable for the simple reason that the Act itself provides for statutory appeal before the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal which is functional now.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned Tribunal, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
