1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fair price shop of the petitioner was suspended by order dated 12.02.2021 (Annexure P-1) and on the same date, the show cause notice has been issued. He would submit that the suspension is premeditated one and though the reply has been filed, the case may not be decided within stipulated time.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed his reply and the suspension has been made, the S.D.O. is directed to decide the same within a period of three months from the date of suspension order i.e.

12.02.2021 according to the mandate of the Order 16(1) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016.
